Black and Brown women continue to make significant progress in terms of representation, particularly in high positions.

However, while this means that we're increasing our incomes and climbing the ladder, it also means we're more susceptible to one thing: Burnout. 

We break glass ceilings, overcome barriers, and continue to achieve high levels of success...but a lack of appreciation and recognition for our hard work is causing Black and Brown women to burn out at unprecedented rates.
